Detail Description

TITO is a 3D-printed, interactive, two-legged biped robot based on the OTTO DIY concept but redesigned for greater stability, smoother walking, and more expressive motion.

TITO uses servo motors, Ultrasonic eyes, and an Arduino Nano to walk, turn, dance, and detect obstacles.

It is widely used in:

1. Biped Walking Robot

TITO walks using 4 servo motors:

  1. 2 for legs (front-to-back rotation)
  2. 2 for feet (tilt + stabilization)

Robot can:

  1. Walk forward
  2. Walk backward
  3. Turn left/right
  4. Dance & perform motions

2. Otto/Tito Style Head

Equipped with:

  1. Ultrasonic sensor → eyes
  2. Buzzer → sounds & beeps
  3. Optional LED matrix → mouth animations

3. Electronics

  1. Arduino Nano (or UNO)
  2. 4× SG90 / MG90S servos
  3. HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor
  4. Buzzer
  5. 9V or Li-ion rechargeable battery pack
  6. ON/OFF switch

4. Fully 3D-Printed Body

Parts include:

  1. Head shell
  2. Torso
  3. Legs
  4. Feet
  5. Battery compartment

TITO is designed so ALL parts can be printed on a small 3D printer.
